Mecca Birkenhead is slap bang in the middle of Birkenhead and just a stone’s throw from the Mersey River. With no less than 2 railway stations within walking distance and a number of bus routes serving the area, there is no excuse not to get down to your local bingo club. For those taking the train then Conway Park is the easiest to walk from but Birkenhead Central is also very close by. For buses, travel to Elm Street on either the 18, 38, 81, 90, 110, 217, 293, 410, 411 or 698 bus.

The club itself is a purpose-built venue and is in close proximity to all the retail stores in the town as well as a range of cafes, restaurants and bars. If you fancy even more entertainment then there is also a Vue Cinema just the other side of Conway Street.

You will find all the usual amenities of a Mecca Bingo hall inside with a capacity for 1200. You will find a bar, restaurant and arcade zone with all the latest slot machines along with the opportunity to play electronic bingo on one of the many Mecca Max e-bingo terminals.

Opening Times

Mecca Birkenhead is open from 10am to 10:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 10 am to 11pm on Friday, 10am to 12am on Saturday and 11am to 11pm on Sunday.

Session times can vary but generally, the morning games start at 10am (11am Sunday). Afternoon sessions start at 12pm and the evening sessions commence at 6pm with the main game being played at 7pm.

Prices

Prices at Mecca Birkenhead start from just £2 but go up to a whopping £20 for the Friday and Sunday evening main games. If playing all of the evening games on Friday or Sunday you would be looking at an outlay of £29.50!

Prices throughout the week are much cheaper with main games costing £10 – £20 each. We advise that you check the website or call ahead to double-check the prices if it is important to you.
