Mecca Bingo Leicester is on the opposite side of the city to its Gala counterpart and as such is closer to many of the major attractions that the East Midlands city has to offer. With the University of Leicester and De Montford University being in close proximity to the bingo hall it has quite a mix of punters. It is also very close to the King Power Stadium (home of Leicester City FC) so take extra care when planning your route on home match days.

Mecca Leicester is a lively club with a loyal following and it does get busy at peak times and especially weekend evenings when it is open until midnight. There is a large car park to accompany this large venue and it is also easy to get to via public transport with both bus and train being an option – although the latter is a bit further away (around a 10-15 minute walk).

If taking the bus then you can take route numbers 49, 83 or 83A to the Almond Road stop outside the Vauxhall dealership or you can take even more buses to the Aylestone Road stop around the corner.

The club is well stocked in terms of bars and a restaurant as well as a good arcade zone but if you feel the need for more food and entertainment then there is a Nandos just to the rear of the club as well as the Odeon Cinema a few minutes walk away.

Opening Times

Mecca Bingo Leicester is open from 11am every day of the week apart from Saturday when doors open an hour earlier at 10am.

Morning bingo starts at 11am Sunday-Friday and 10am on Saturday. Afternoon sessions start at 12pm with all evening sessions starting at 5pm. The main sessions start at 12.30pm (1pm at the weekend) and 7pm.

Prices

Prices start from just £2 at Mecca Leicester with plenty of games costing this bargain price. The majority of games are in the £2 – £16 price bracket with the exception of the Sunday evening session which is priced at £21.
